We are a training Academy who provide skill development in different domains and are affiliated to National Skills Development. We design and deliver workshops and courses based on current skill trends and business requirements . Our courses are designed to suit the target audience. They are interactive and highly engaging programs which ensure 100% participation of the target participants. We bring about a refreshing approach in our programs with a blend of intellectual stimulation and situational responses.

Padma Prabakaran
Founder & CEO, Padma Prabakaran, served a Public Sector Bank for 38 years, now a passionate, Certified Soft Skill Trainer, in her Second Innings.
She is a highly motivated individual with inspirational, leadership qualities, who imparts knowledge, be it Spoken English, soft skills in various fields, baking, painting, knitting, crochet etc. with an ability to individually conceptualise, interactive workshops for corporates, institutions and individuals.
Kiran Ulaganathan
Yoga Rehabilitator & Chocolatier
Internationally Certified Yoga Trainer, American TESOL Certified language trainer and Chocolatier with over 15 years of experience in all her endeavors; Kiran is a multitalented, self motivated individual with a passion for whatever she does.
She is the proprietor of COCOAMOKSHA - Chocolate boutique and YOGALOGIC - Yoga training institute and operates in both India and overseas.
She has collaborated with Bloom for all her operations in India and we are her dedicated Media, Marketing and Services partner.
V Natarajan
Director- Operations
A dynamic, enthusiastic individual with an MBA & CAIIB to his credit, served the Banking Industry for 36 years with varied experience and in depth knowledge of BANK CREDIT. He has trained nearly 4000 Bank Officers during 2019-2020 in Banking & Soft Skills. Mr Natarajan, enjoys interacting with people and a self motivator, has the right skill set for "BLOOM" whose logo he imbibes - " Achieve to Prosper".
Valli Nicholas
Chief Co ordinating Officer
With a commerce background and an experience in Finance and the Placement Industry, Ms Valli Nicholas has also had a successful stint as an entrepreneur with a Certificate Program for women entrepreneur at IIM(B) 2005, dabbled in social work & a Certification in Life Skills, she is also a post grad in Psychology.
A people's person, Subsequently plunged to become a full time counsellor & life skills Trainer
